*Please note that our Remote I.T. plans do not include labour or technician time. Additional fees may apply for on-site support or technical assistance beyond the scope of the Remote I.T. services.

Please note that our plan prices are per endpoint or computer. This means that if you have multiple endpoints or computers requiring our services, you must purchase a plan for each one.

At Connexium, we offer four comprehensive managed IT service plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

 

Our Bronze plan includes live monitoring and the Remote Assistant Software, while the Silver plan adds a Weekly Computer Backup with 3 versions stored in rotation. The Gold plan offers additional Ransomware Detection and an Enterprise Edition of Bitdefender Anti-Virus. The Platinum plan includes all the features of the previous plans plus 12 versions of the Weekly Computer Backup and an Enterprise Password Manager.

Our technical support team is ready to assist you. If you have a Service Level Agreement* (SLA) with us, you can select option 2 for emergency call-back service outside of our regular business hours.

 

If you don’t have an SLA, you can still reach us outside business hours by emailing, sending a text to any of our numbers listed below, or calling to leave a message. We will return your call during our regular business hours.
